There’s a quiet moment each evening when the world slows, but the mind keeps going. Thoughts linger, emotions stir, and the urge to plan or fix still clings. And each morning, the mind often starts racing before the day even starts.
What if you could hand it all over? This is where The River Ritual begins.
This week’s session builds on a practice that’s emerged through our recent sessions—a simple ritual of returning to your inner river. At night, to hand over all worries, emotions, and control… and in the morning, to rise light and clear, open to a day that flows through you.
In the guided meditation, we’ll enter this healing river space together. You’ll be gently invited to release what’s not yours to carry and allow the current of divine flow to hold and guide you.
Afterwards, we’ll take time to integrate and deepen this ritual. Whether it becomes part of your daily rhythm or simply opens a doorway for reflection, The River Ritual offers a gentle reminder: you don’t need to carry it all. Let it go. Let it flow. Surrender – and begin again.
